For a black and white printable version of this file click here Third Monday Trade Days is a clean, well-managed market in a prime location. We use multi-media advertising to bring thousands of customers to you. Beginning
on Reservation Day (Tuesday
following the fourth Monday of the month), the office calls vendors who have
sent in a Vendor Application to fill available spaces for the following
months market. All new vendors
must pay a $20 Reservation Fee with the first month's rent payment after
being assigned a space on Reservation Day, and first-time
vendors are encouraged to be open all three days of the market Friday, Saturday
and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Potential
vendors need to know the following information before renting. ·
· THE LAYOUT OF THE MARKET: Third Monday Trade Days has a brochure with a map of all the spaces and entrances. You can print the map off the Vendor Lot Map page (print in landscape format). · HOW MUCH SPACE TO RENT: It is necessary for vendors to rent sufficient space to accommodate their vehicles and trailers as well as vendor merchandise. Since vendors, their family and their employees may not park any vehicle in the asphalt Shopper Parking Lots, inquire about the special parking area for extra vendor vehicles when contacted on Reservation Day. Prior to reservation day, a prospective vendor needs to calculate how much space he requires. Each outside vendor space is 12 wide and 24 deep. Spaces have a roof over the front 12' next to where the shoppers walk.
· THE HEIGHT OF YOUR VEHICLE AND TRAILER (IF ANY): Since the roofs are only 7 ½ feet tall and you must drive under the roof to park your vehicle on your space, a trailer/or vehicle may not be taller than 7 ½ feet.. · A · HOW TO
RENT TABLES AND/OR CANOPIES: After reserving a space, vendors can arrange
to rent Tables and
Canopies/Tarps. Vendors should call 903-312-0499 to rent
tables ($6 each). For canopy/tarp information,
call 580-371-6456. DO NOT SEND MONEY
FOR TABLES or TARPS WITH SPACE PAYMENT.
These suppliers will collect during the market. · PAYING FOR VENDOR SPACES: Space payment must be received within 6 days after the Reservation Day and should include the $20 Reservation Fee. · HOW TO MAKE OUT THE CHECK (OR MONEY ORDER) AND WHERE TO SEND IT: Make the check to TMTD, write the space number on the check, and send it (along with a stamped self-addressed envelope) to TMTD, 4550 W.
